GPO transparent 746 phone. Superb condition.. GPO transparent 746 phone with rarer transparent dial number plate to allow workings of dial to be seen. The dial number plates are usually silver coated with black numbers, so not see through. This phone has the clear outer alphanumeric number ring, much rarer as most were fitted with coloured number rings. In virtually unused condition, this phone is gorgeous. The nostalgic double gong ringer alerts you to incoming calls and can be switched off via the button on the top for privacy if required. The handset and connection cable are clear to show the wiring colours. Uses pulse dialling so make sure your phone line provider supports this. A lovely example of a limited edition 746. No disappointment with this phone.
