This is from Square Alexandre 1er de Yougoslavie in the centre of Paris.  Alexander I was assassinated in Toulon, France, in 1934 and this square/park renamed in his honour.  A monument was installed there in 1936.

1930s, raised, white enamel in relief.  Superb quality though in weathered condition - not made yesterday ...
