It is important that you have provided us with a MOBILE phone number as previously requested. Please ensure somebody is available to receive delivery to avoid possible re-delivery charges. COLLECTIONS & RETURNS: In the event of orders being returned please make sure the item is put back in the original box and all the old labels removed from the box.   Please secure the box with brown tape to protect in transit.  After this has been completed please contact us to arrange the pickup .
