I bought this violin in an Italian auction.

The warm and mellow voice of this 20th century Italian violin, has a radiance and warmth which assuredly confirm the legendary reputation which fine stringed instruments from Italy have earned over the course of several centuries. Beautifully two-piece maple back. Luminous orange-yellow varnish clearly but subtly flatters the lovely and regular lines of the moderate- to wide-grained spruce used for the top.We set up at our workshop and made ready to play.

Materials: Very good quality two- piece maple back and nice spruce top. Old aged orange-yellow varnish.

Rare, old Italian antique violin with high quality parts.
