EDWARDIAN JOSEPH RODGER SSHEFFIELD SILVERPLATED EPERGNE CENTREPIECE A good example of its genre this pretty four flute epergne centrepiece was made by Joseph Rodgers of Sheffield and is estimated to have been made around the Edwardian period. The piece stands on a round conical closed foot and the three detachable flutes sit comfortably in there relevant cup form housings, the central flute is fixed. Apart from one small freckle of wear to the foot and minimal signs of use to the inners of the flutes the silver cover is gleaming. There are some tiny and easily forgivable dints to the flutes which need close examination to find.
