PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description:

This listing is for a brand new portable stainless steel pressure steam sterilizer which is one of best in the same grade sterilizer. It uses saturated steam to rapidly and efficiently sterilize articles.

Application:

It can be used in hospitals, public health centers, health stations, clinics in factories and mines and scientific research institutes, etc, to sterilize medical equipment surgical dressings and glass utensiles, etc. It can also  be used as a cooker in plateaus areas and make high quality drinking water in the industrial and mining enterprises.

2. Heated by immersed electro-thermal tube, it features quick temperature rise and low power consumption(saving about 50% of energy compared with electric stove).

3. Iron flange reinforcement thickening pot body coal and electricity dual purpose.

4. This autoclave can also use liquefied petroleum gas and coal stove as the heating energy.

5. Container is made up of medical stainless steel. It is not only alkali & acid proof but also 3 times more tensile and compressive than aluminum allyoy, ensuring safety and service life.

6. The lid is equipped with safety valve and air releasing valve, as well as a pressure gauge with mega-bar and temperature readings for convenience of the user.

How to Use:

1. Place the sterilizer on the flat surface;

2. Open the lid, take out the inner tank of sterilizer(you can see the heating electric tube), add water to the heating tube above 3.5L, you must add enough water in time to avoid burning the electric tube due to a lack of water;

3. Put those items needed to sterilize into the sterilization room, you should keep gaps between the items. Do not block steam holes of the safety valve and air releasing valve, and finally cover the lid, tighten the screws;

4. After the normal operation of the equipment, when the measured temperature reaches 105°C, open the air releasing valve to discharge cold air inside the sterilizer. When the air releasing valve starts going out a little hot steam, close the air releasing valve;

5. When the steam pressure reaches 0.14-0.16MPa , the safety valve will start pressure relief work, in order to maintain a certain pressure;

6. After sterilization, unplug the power cord. 3 minutes later, open the air releasing valve, when the pressure gauges indicates zero, open the lid to discharge the remaining air.

Notes:

1. This sterilizer is steam pressure vessel, so do not impact in using and forbid overpressure. If the pressure pointer of pressure gauge reaches the 0.165MPa and the safety valve does not exhaust, it should stop using at once and check up the safety valve.

2. The pointer should be at zero position before the usage of pressure gauge; otherwise the gauge has been failure and you should repair or replace the gauge. The pressure gauge should be regulated 1~2 times per year, ensuring sensitiveness and correctness.

3. Drain the water inside the container and condensing water below the sieve plate and had better wipe out water and deposit on the electro-thermal tube, in order to benefit the sterilization quality and prolong the working life.

4. Gasket is easy to wear. If it does not wok well, see whether it has become aging and hard, and then replace it in time.
