Seller: brian_saw (3.366) 100%, Location: Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, Ships to: Worldwide, Item: 202833473345 This auction is for a collection of strange parts and fittings from a watchmaker's estate. These items were obtained as part of a job lot of watchmaker’s lathes and associated tools. They probably date to around the second half of the 20th century. In general the items look well made and are in good condition but they are clearly incomplete. Their function is unclear (to me) but some look as though they could be part of items used with a watchmaker lathe for specialist jobs. Perhaps some are for the provision of lapping functionality via tool post mounted items. These items are sold as found. They are shown against a 5mm grid to give you some idea of the sizes. The start price is £1 and there is no reserve so perhaps your chance to grab a bargain. This lot could make a valuable but economic purchase for a watch/clock repairer or restorer aiming to equip a workshop with appropriate tools. This lot is sold with a guaranteed 100% refund of the purchase price if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason whatsoever. I am happy to ship this item worldwide except to Russia and Brazil because of the unpredictable nature and delays which occur when shipping to these countries. Bidders should note that the my shipping costs do not include charges for packaging - time or materials. I am happy to combine postage costs if several items are purchased. Please let me know if you are planning to bid on further items and may need to combine shipping costs. Thanks for looking and good luck if you bid.
