Please ask all questions before bidding, as all items are sold as is and where is just like a regular auction. I am not an appraiser or an expert on anything, and I will describe everything to the best of my ability. Our items are culled from estates all over Texas, and even though we do not smoke, we cannot guarantee that these items come from smoke free homes. By placing a bid on our auctions you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions stated above.

The Estate Connection is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent or publish any of our customers personal information.

Return Policy

We give refunds for items that are materially or grossly different that described, but do not offer refunds for AS-IS items, or buyer's remorse unfortunately. We must be notified of the problem within 48 hours after item delivery, and the item must be returned in "as received" condition within 14 days of receiving the package. To qualify for a refund, item must include original packaging, and buyer pays return shipping including tracking & insurance. Please note that we frequently "mark" our items prior to shipping, so please do not clean or wash the item prior to return as this will void our return policy.
