About our VHB Tape

-  Main Use in Automobile Industry   for attaching trims, emblems, moldings, bumpers and so on, to the body of a car.  This double sided tape can also be used for Mobile Phone LCD Touch Screen REPAIRS, cellphone, PC, cameras and other electrical devices repairs, DIY jobs  around home, workshop, office or garden , Crafts and Scrap-booking.  Perfect for attaching objects to dashboard, windscreen or body of any vehicle.

-  3M is high performance acrylic adhesives and tends to be firm and dry to the touch. They are  designed to bond materials other than skin .  The adhesives used are designed to give optimum performance and adhesion to automotive substrates and components. The natural oils and moisture of skin can vary from person to person and affect the "thumb appeal" of the 3M Acrylic Foam Tape. To one person the tape can feel very sticky and to another it can feel much less sticky to the touch. The difference in "thumb appeal" is in the variation of the two individual`s skin surfaces not the adhesive.

- Easy to use, simply peel of the protective film from one side of the pad and stick it to your object. Than peal of the protective film from other side of the pad and attach to desired place. Press firmly. 

- Pressure on the adhesive and the surface can help improve bond strength, roller or platen can be used. After application, the bond strength will increase as the adhesive flows onto the surface.  Up to 80% of bond will be achieved at around 24 hours and around 90% of bond will be achieved at around 72 hours . 95%+ bond strength will be achieved after 72 hours and will continue to build with time.
