Stunning item, professionally prepared for framing... this is an original road strip map taken from an original Owen and Bowen road atlas,  "Britannia Depicta or Ogilby Improv'd; Being a Correct Coppy of Mr. Ogilby's Actual Survey of all ye Direct & Principal Cross Roads in England and Wales…"  by John Owen, with maps by Emmanuel Bowen. Printed & sold by Thomas Bowles, print & map seller in St Pauls Churchyard. (the reverse (not shown) also has an image that may be slightly visible through the old paper). This is one of a collection of maps that we managed to obtain, that had been prepared for sale in Harrods... the high quality of these maps, the colouring and the mounting is evident.

The map and mount are sealed, the sticker in the image is stuck to the outside of the packaging and can be removed without damaging the mount or map. All ready for you to frame up, in whatever frame suits your décor.
CONDITION - great condition, item is a pictured. Any measurements or weights, even if provided in pictures with a ruler or scales, are all approximate. We combine shipping.
