RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns

• Returns are accepted for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be postmarked no later than 30 days of receipt, otherwise, the return will be refused and sent back to buyer.
• Returns for costumes and all costume related accessories are not allowed the one week before Halloween through 2 weeks after Halloween unless given authorization by seller. Please contact seller before returning a costume within this timeframe or your return will be refused.
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent out, which means all tags must be attached (if item had tags), all original packaging must be included. So, if the item was in plastic, that must be included in the return. The item must not be worn or washed.

• All money back returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING METHODS  

• Processing can take anywhere from 1-2 days. No shipping on weekends and holidays.
• The delivery dates given by eBay are just estimates and not guaranteed. Please do not rely on those dates solely if you need your item by a specific date.
•  Standard domestic shipping is either "First Class Mail" or "Parcel Post" depending on the weight of your item. Shipping times can take anywhere from 2-9 days usually but have been known to take 2 weeks during holidays and/or bad weather conditions.
• Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed.
• Express Mail is generally overnight delivery but this is not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed overnight delivery, please contact us for FedEx or UPS delivery.
•  If you need your item by a certain date, always recommended to ask seller prior to bidding to ensure that delivery by this date is possible.

Terms of Sale

**Payment MUST be received within 2 days of auction closing. If payment is not received within 2 days, a non-paying bidder report will be filed.
