This beautiful decoration can be personalised with ANY NAME and YEAR (eg. Sarah - please also send the year you would like used) . We can only change the name and year - we can't add other text. The decoration measures 8 5mm x 85mm and is cut in-house from 3mm Thick MDF Wood (white on the front, brown on the back). The design is printed on the front for a long lasting and vibrant finish and it includes a pre-tied 5mm wide Red Satin Ribbon so it arrives ready to hang on your tree.

INCLUDED with your gift is a luxury Drawstring Red Velvet Gift Bag - perfect to keep your gift safe and add a touch of "wow". This stunning gift bag is included with your gift.

We do not offer ANY proofs at any time and use the details EXACTLY as you send them so please check ALL spellings as we cannot offer free replacements if you have made an error. We cannot make any further changes once an order is placed.

Personalising your item is simple, during the checkout process, Click on the "MESSAGE TO SELLER" link, this will reveal a text box to add your message / personalising details. Once completed, click "Add Message" to save the details you have typed to your order. Then continue to complete your purchase as normal on eBay - your saved message details will be sent to us with your order when you have paid. Alternatively you can message us on eBay after you have purchased, using the "CONTACT SELLER" option; letting us know the details required for your order.

Yes we deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World via the eBay International Shipping Program, which is handled by eBay. eBay will charge independently for any postal costs for European or Worldwide deliveries.

When will I receive my order?

All our orders are sent via Mail 1st Class, with 95% of orders arriving next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders same day before 3pm if ALL personalising details are received in time. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next working day. Please note that orders received after 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend are sent on the Monday morning (excluding Bank Holidays).

Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately we do not offer proofs on any of our prints or greetings cards.

What size prints do you offer?

We currently offer our prints in A5 (210mm x 148mm), A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm). Our prints are professionally printed using a commercial digital press, offering optimum quality and print longevity. Our prints are printed on a variety of stock types that enhance the specific design.

What size and colour frames do you offer?

We currently offer framed prints in the following sizes - A5 (210mm X 148mm), A4 (210mm x 297) and A3 (210mm x 297mm). Our frames are available in Black or White. Our wooden frames are hand made in the UK, and include a safe high quality acrylic glazing, that is indistinguishable from glass. Please we pack our frames and prints separately within the same package for postage, to avoid damage in transit.

How big are your greetings cards?

We currently offer greetings card as a standard 5" x 7" (127mm x 178mm), as you would find in all good card shops. Our greetings cards all include an envelope and come cello wrapped for extra protection.
