Regrettably on 23rd June 2017 we received a negative feedback comment.

 

To give you some background the following sequence of events took place:

 

11th June 2017 buyer bought an item and was duly dispatched the same day.

 

Some 11 days after the purchase on the 22nd June 2017 we received communication from a buyer stating the following:

 

“ Hi, this item was terribly packaged, and arrived broken”

 

We responded the same day 22nd June 2017 and a followed up note on the 23rd June 2017 to resolve the issue. 

 

Regrettably the buyer did not respond to either of our communications and just proceeded to give us a negative feedback.

 

In our opinion this matter could have been resolved.
