A Good Looking Late Victorian Rustic Pine Trunk


A really good quality box


A smaller sized trunk but also very solid with nice metal banded edges


Its a bit rustic as you will see and has seen a lot of life but has plenty of character

It’s a good colour original cast steel handles to each end


I think a tool box originally


It's been stripped of its historic paint finishes in the past and now has a warm waxed finish


Someone has added bottom bars to it so it now sits nicely above the floor


Would suit many different surroundings and could be a super coffee table , toy box , bedding chest etc etc

It’s a good looking solid trunk , it has a lot of marks and to the top and has been sanded back and polished and is rustic so please have a good look at all of the photos to get a good idea
