Used to count passengers on transportation systems, fairground rides etc, with each pull of the lever advancing the counter by one. Approximately 8" (20cm) long, excluding the lever and display mount. Fully functional. Condition: The instrument survives in beautiful condition with minor tarnishing/oxidation. Fully functional. Two of the thumbscrews to the front are missing. Oak display plinth is a later addition.
