Measuring approximately 5 x 3.5 cms , the vesta is in good condition with a strong closing mechanism however there is some rubbing to the engine turned decoration and the striker plate commensurate with age - it is over 120 years old. Weighs 0.96 ozt. Hallmarks are to the reverse of the vesta - maker looks like Robert Hennell. There is a central cartouche with initials which look like RH.
