The red and gold mark is the typical abbreviated mark for Arita region of Japan during Meiji period. Very beautiful design accented with gold and rare inclusion of red bird. Known for its intricate style, Japanese Arita Imari porcelain often features white and blue monochromatic design.The plate has no defects of any kind! Normal wear consistent with age.Measurements: 12" wide on the top, 1" deep. Marked as shown on the picture. Rare and Unique item! Item for Collector! Thanks for looking!
