Item: Antique Georgian English Sterling Silver Tablespoon John & Henry Lias London. English Sterling Silver tablespoon made by renowned Silversmith makers of the time John & Henry Lias of London made during the reign of King George IV 1830. The tablespoon is made of thick gauge of Silver, fiddle end, elongated neck leading onto a large bowl. Monogrammed to one side obviously commissioned to a wealthy Georgian family of the time has a nice highly polished silver finish to its entirety. Hard to find duty marks from this king as he only reigned for ten years. Nice large Georgian tablespoon for the collector or investor of fine Georgian silverware.
