A Chinese blue and white porcelain Kraak dish, Wanli period, probably early 17th century.
Decorated in the centre with a medallion containing auspicious symbols,
the embossed border with eight alternating panels containing flowers and precious objects, all divided by pendant tassels.
This plate is in very good conditions due to the age .There are a few hairlines cracks on the inside base which seems to be sealed with somehow.
Also on the rim is a small chip followed by a very small hairline for approximative 2cm,which is also sealed and a few nibbles.
This plate measures 22cm diameter and 3.5cm high.
