Antique 1804 Germany South Of Mayn River Arrowsmith & Lewis Copperplate Map Rare

Beautiful, rare, important, antique 1805 copperplate Arrowsmith & Lewis map, titled Germany South of the Mayn, printed at bottom is From Chauchards Germany. The map is printed thick fine period handmade paper, with no printing on reverse. The map is in excellent condition and would frame and display quite nicely, the map has a light stain at extreme right hand side, if framed alot would be covered.. The map is from the very rare and important American atlas, A New and Elegant Atlas Comprising All the Important Discoveries to the Present Time, by Aaron Arrowsmith and Samuel Lewis, published in 1805. Samuel Lewis is also of Lewis and Clark fame. Arrowsmith and Lewis were very important cartographers of this period. The size of the map is 9.25" by 11".
