It has a hand painted designs of flowers and birds along with a hand signed bottom of the Japanese artist, XXX (see pictures 3 - 7). This cup and saucer is made of a fine porcelain ceramic and was fired at high temperatures for lasting durability. Please view the closeup photos to admire the fine workmanship and details. The saucer measures 5 1/2" in diameter (14 cm). Having been in storage most of its life, it remains in very fine condition. A very fine tea cup for your morning tea or coffee.
