Up for Auction with NO RESERVE is one of the finest quality Art Deco Period French 950 Grade, finer than Sterling, Solid Silver Teapots I have ever sold.  The Teapot just exudes quality in every way with a classic and timeless form, amazingly detailed Finial on top and a superb Crown Armorial.  The Armorial is well worth looking into as I believe this may have belonged to some branch of a royal family.  The Teapot also features a great Shell design below the spout and it's original finally carved wooden handle which is very sturdy.  The Teapot is also one of the thickest guage 950 Grade Solid Silver examples I have seen and really has to be held to truly appreciate the quality.  The Teapot is ready for use or just to be displayed with pride in a collection.

The Teapot is in very fine condition with only minor signs of use, absolutely nothing bad for being approx 100 years old.  The Teapot is a nice diminutive size measuring 7 inches long by 3-3/4 inches wide by 6-1/4 inches tall and will hold approx 2.5 cups.  The Teapot is very thick solid 950 Grade (95% Pure) Solid Silver and has a fine quality weight of 409 grams.  We also have some other companion pieces to this Teapot listed this week, be sure to check our other auctions and save greatly with combined shipping.
