Shipping : 

Shipping is by USPS/SPEEDPOST/DHL or similar shipping agencies to reach you in 9-12 business days after processing the order. Tracking is provided. For USPS the tracking will show up in transit after 7-9 days once it reaches US from India.

Shipping charges are:

For USA - $ 35 for first item and $ 10 for each additional item.

Rest of World-$ 50 for first item and $ 10 for each additional item.

Please note: Jewellery items can take up to 10-12 business days to process to take care of ring sizing if any, polishing, finishing, packing and handling, certification, documentation etc.

Shipping Charges include eBay fees on Shipping, packaging, certification costs, manpower costs, overheads, taxes etc in addition to actual courier/postal expenses which have increased substantially as a result of covid pandemic. We do not artificially increase the price of the products to include shipping charges but only charge what shipping actually costs us.

Combined Shipping:

Combined shipping discount is available up to 5 (Five) items in an order to be purchased within 5days. You can continue to buy- Any additional items above 5 in quantity will be considered a new order. This is to avoid pilfer again route as well as to ensure that you are happy with the merchandise. Once you have received their items you may buy additional items again. This limit may be revised for repeat and regular customers.

Payment:

Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchases. eBay will automatically open unpaid item cases in case payment is not received within this period. The item will also be available for purchase to other buyers till such time that the payment is received. 

Customs and Taxes:

Any customs duties, charges and local taxes are subject to local laws and vary from country to country and hence the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges, levies and taxes etc will be at the buyer's expense. We do not have any control on the same.

Returns & Refunds:

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel.  -Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on eBay as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter. The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by tractable shipper. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are made by PayPal and may take up to 5-7 days after receiving back the product/s.

Rings Resizing:

All rings are made in default Ring size as mentioned in the item? listings. In case a different size is required, it is available for additional$ 25.00 as resizing charges. Please message me if required and the amount will be added up in the Invoice.

What are Colour Diamonds?

These are genuine Coloured Diamonds found naturally in mines mainly from Brazil. They are more porous than White Diamonds and are found in the upper layers of the ground relative to the White Diamonds that are mined deep. Some scientists are of the opinion that their origin maybe a Meteor that impacted earth Billions of years ago.

What is their nature?

Coloured Diamonds are not found in the state as they are sold. They are made from earth mined rough rock found in mines of Brazil. The Rock colour varies from Light Blue, Dark Blue, Champagne, Pink, Green etc.

What is the treatment process?

To bring out its true colour it needs to be treated.

The process is a natural one employing gentle heat in a high-pressure environment (HPHT) which gradually brings out the true colour of the Diamond.

Are any artificial colour or chemicals added?

There are no artificial colours or chemicals included in the process. They are not irradiated.

Does it alter the composition?

The process may or may not alter the composition. It remains a true Diamond nevertheless.  Once our diamonds are heat-treated, it may move the molecules. This causes them to not always test properly with a hand tester. If a hand tester is used, sometimes they test as diamonds and sometimes they test as moissanites.

But they are genuine earth mined diamonds, not moissanite or CZ.

If you use a jeweller?s loop you can see this by their molecular composition.

How does it differ from a Moissanite?

A Moissanite man-made whereas our Diamonds are earth-mined. A Moissanite will lose its shine and wither away in a short period whereas a Diamond will remain as they are forever.

My Jeweller says these are not Diamonds?

These Diamonds are rare and hence opinion may be varied from person to person. Further a Jeweller would not like to lose a customer who buys online as from eBay, rather than from his store losing a customer in the process. Any opinions of any Jeweller, Gemmologist, appraiser etc will not be accepted to judge the authenticity of our Gemstones and Diamonds.

How can you sell them so inexpensive?

We are wholesalers who buy the Rough Rock in bulk from mines and have direct cutting and polishing facility. This avoids many middlemen and their fat commissions. We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop also, thus saving on all fancy overheads.  These diamonds are bargain but obviously not those Estate standard perfect stones which are not heat treated.

Do you offer any Certification?

All our Diamonds are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity from an independent Lab. Certificate can be verified online. Various Labs may have different testing methods which can give different results thus we will be unable to accept results from other Labs. Hand held testers may also provide inaccurate results.

What if I have doubts about their authenticity?

You can always message us in case you still want any more details or clarifications. Once purchased we will understand that you have read and understood the details about these Diamonds and thus, we will be unable to accept returns for this reason.

How do I maintain them?
