IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE:

1) the lid should be firmly pushed onto the top of the bucket until it "clicks" into place in order to create an air tight seal.

Move your hand around the top of the lid, pushing down as you go to ensure the lid is firmly locked onto the top of the bucket

The lid can be locked into place using hand pressure but you may find that it needs to be locked into place by lightly tapping it down with a plastic/rubber mallet

2)  the tamper proof tab on the side of the bucket near the top needs to be snapped off in order for the lid to be removed.

You can lift the lid at that point and break the airtight seal and completely remove the lid by working your way around the top of the bucket lifting the lid as you go.

Returns Process

You may return any items which are damaged or faulty.

Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 7 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a refund.

 Please re-package the item safely and appropriately for transit by a courier and please enclose a note with the item stating the reason for the return.

Please note that you, the buyer, is responsible for return postage or courier costs and The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We would recommend that you keep any postage receipts or send using recorded delivery to avoid any problems.

You will receive a parcel ID or Tracking Number by email which you can use to track your goods through the couriers website and this should provide you with a rough estimate of when your parcel should arrive.
