Do You Combine Postage? - Yes, we can combine postage for any of the items we sell on eBay. To combine postage please DO NOT complete your order and instead request a combined invoice or send us an email. We can then combine your postage and send you a new invoice with the reduced postage cost. Then simply follow the instructions of the invoice to complete your order.

What is the best before date? - The stock of the perishable items we sell on eBay are constantly replenished and therefore it's impossible for us to update our listings with their best before dates. If you would like to know a best before date on any particular item please send us an email.

All our items are dispatched via the Royal Mail or using a courier.

We DO NOT dispatch any orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays

Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs of payment during the week. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. Depending on how busy we are we may dispatch orders after this time.

We only accept Paypal payments for eBay purchases. We DO NOT accept payment by cash on delivery or over the phone using a credit card.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Unwanted / Unused Goods: Goods must be returned unused in the original packaging and in an as new condition. The return postage at the buyers expense.

Damaged / Faulty Goods: Return postage will be refunded to the buyer. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or a full refund.
