Stylistically it is very detailed with great quality details of Mission with the rolling California hills in the background. Unsure which Mission this is, it might be San Juan Capistrano. Executed by a talented unknown California artist. Age appears to be 1930's - 1940's based upon style and materials. Burlap backed. Picked from an estate of an extensive high quality art collector. 3.4 x 2.0 inches. Would look amazing mounted and framed as a work of art.
