A charming late 17th century, early 18th century carved chest, more than likely a Bible Box.. In as found and as shown condition, needing some light restoration if it is to be restored to its former glory. Full of character and charm, and great patina as it is with remnants of old paintwork visible, particularly around the carvings, lined with old paper at some point in it's life, prior to me owning it. Measures approx 68cm x 35cm x 19cm and is sold as shown so any questions, please ask. Will be sent using Hermes and thanks for looking.
