Recorded delivery will prove that I have posted your item but won't show where it is in the system until it arrives, you have signed for it and Royal Mail manage to update their website. It will not 'track' your parcel.
If you do not select the 'recorded delivery/special delivery/int. signed for option at checkout where it is not forced upon you and you want tracking - then select the second option for postage.
If you do not select this then please be aware that emails asking me for 'tracking number' or to track your parcel will result in a reply of 'you didn't select that'
I always obtain proof of postage and insure parcels regardless of method selected by you for shipping
My P&P charge includes packaging costs and sweat and toil (no blood and my sweat is metaphorical only!)
Insurance
We (again, it's just me trying to sound posh and business-like!) send via an insured method. Please remember that recorded delivery is NOT insurance but special delivery is.
Recorded delivery can not be tracked so if you would like tracking please contact me to arrange any extra payment towards special delivery or courier delivery
If you live outside the UK and want insurance (if not included) then contact me to pay the extra afterwards. This is approx £5.5-£6 depending on value and will give you more security too with signed for delivery.

Returns for EU members accepted as long as you notify me within 7 days following the day of receipt, return postage is at your expense (unless faulty when I will reimburse this too). Please remember that you have a responsibility of care towards the item and so packing carefully is advised. Where return postage is refunded, this will be limited to the cheapest option only - although you are free to send tracked or via a more expensive method at your own expense on top of this

All my clothing is genuine and not knock-off - I pay more to buy from Independent shops and do not import fakes from Asia (which would be cheaper!). Please be aware that much of the new clothing has come from shop storerooms and hence may need airing or washing in some cases to remove an storeroom odours

I do not claim benefits and my meagre ebay and online stores income is what we live off. That's why I get upset when I get messed around and why it's so important for me to try and do my best - without customers we would have to live off baked beans

I take a lot of care with what I sell and how I send it. I get very upset when buyers are not happy.
If for any reason you are not happy with my description of your item please contact me first and let's try and sort it. I'd rather have happy customers who return for more than miserable ones who think I don't care. (Did I mention I like wine and Baileys?)
I post out most days but not weekends. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be sent the following Monday

All used clothing I sell is listed as used (some new items too which have been washed and not worn will also be listed as used just to cover my backside and I tend to underplay the condition of used items for the same reason - some buyers can have unreasonable expectations and this tends to upset me and drive me to drink) All used clothing is cleaned/washed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and as required by ebay
