CABBAGE PAK CHOI SEEDS (Brassica chinensis) |
Chinese Cabbage Pak Choi seeds produce compact, slow bolting plants with round smooth leaves and thick pure white stalks. Pak choi cabbage leaves can be steamed, stir-fried, and braised. Sow March-April and again in late summer in rows 38cm (15") apart. Harvest May-December.
SOWING: Sowing Spring or in July Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring after last frost to early summer or late summer/early autumn. Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Mulch autumn crops to avoid premature bolting. Harvest when about 8-10" tall approx after 5 - 6 weeks. |
