Original WW1 British Army TRENCH MAP of the YPRES SALIENT which records the opening positions of the BATTLE of PASSCHENDAELE.
The curving frontline of the salient around Ypres is clearly visible, and there are a number of pencil operational markings relating to British Artillery positions and 'Wagon Lines'. Trench corrections are to April 1917.
It's in great condition for its age and service use.
Please see my other WW1 (and WW2) maps, documents, photos, propaganda material etc.
