Wall mounted tin glazed earthenware vintage French saltbox decorated in the typical French faience style in pink blue lemon and greens



The ceramic saltbox is in lovely vintage condition with no signs of damage


This Is a really useful item and can be used as it was originally painted for for salt or possibly matches kitchen sponges or even keys


The hinge lid is attached with two screws which in my opinion are probably not the original as they would’ve been simple nails

This however does not attract from either it’s aesthetic quality or functionality
