Return Policy:
ALL RETURNS are subject to being Approved or Declined, We ask that you Contact us before opening a return case as we prefer to work things out with our buyers first. We ONLY accept a return if there is a fitment issue, wrong item sent or fault in manufacturing. Returns are subject to Photo Proof of Defect or Issue as we need to understand and address the problem with all information collected. Any fault with the product that we are responsible for, we will pay return shipping and send a replacement or refund at buyer’s request. We personally took all photos in our listings or obtained from our customer’s directly as we are installing every mask we manufacture to insure a perfect fit template.
