VIBROCIL GEL 12g

Vibrocil gel is a combination drug with anti-allergic and vasoconstrictor action. Used topically, intranasally.

Composition of the preparation, composition and packing

Vibrocil gel is produced in a homogeneous colorless or pale yellow gel. It has a faint scent of lavender. It does not contain mechanical inclusions and impurities.

Available in aluminum tubes with a special tip for '12 Tubes on 1 piece enclosed in cardboard boxes.

Vibrocil 1 gram gel contains 2.5 mg and 250 mg of phenylephrine dimethindene maleate. Also, as additional agents: sodium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, sorbitol, citric acid, lavender oil, purified water, hypromellose, benzalkonium chloride solution 50%.

Mechanism of action

Vibrocil gel is a combination product containing Phenylephrine sredstvo- vasoconstrictor and anti-allergic - dimethindene.

Phenylephrine is a stimulant adrenozavisimyh α1-receptors located in the lining of the nasal passages. Due to this, there is a narrowing of blood vessels and the removal of edema with mucous membranes and sinuses.

Dimethindene acts by blocking the H1-receptor gistaminozavismyh. It prevents the development of allergic process, does not inhibit operation of the ciliated epithelium.

Pharmacokinetics

Vibrocil gel means is topical, and its effectiveness is not dependent on penetration of the active ingredients in the systemic circulation.

Vibrocil gel is used for the treatment of rhinitis of various origins, namely:

·         viral

·         allergic

·         acute or chronic

When and to whom are not recommended

Do not use the gel Vibrocil rhinitis with atrophy of the nasal mucosa, on the background of the use of MAO inhibitors, children under 6 years of age and individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug.

Mode of application

Not recommended combined use Vibrocil gel with antidepressants and drugs for the treatment of hypertension.

Side effects
