With It's 32mm thick Grip and Neutral Style, this bar is suitable for a wide range of exercises, such as Shrugs, Lunges and Strongman exercises like Farmers Walk. 

Please Note: Suitable for use with most bumper plates and all GYM MASTER Olympic plates. Not suitable for use with some competition type plates that have an internal diameter of less than 50.5mm/ 5.05cm

The easy and quick to load design also protects the Olympic plates from being damaged during loading and use.

Use this Rickshaw to lift and carry, building grip and dynamic strength - or use for static exercises to train your traps and shoulder muscles

300Kg Max Load – When lowered carefully. This Rickshaw must not be dropped. If dropped, the weight is multiplied many times and the bars will buckle. The resulting damage will be obvious. You must never load it with a weight you cannot comfortably control during the eccentric (lowering) phase of every exercise.
