Here at Kensington Medical we try to be as accurately descriptive as possible and want our customers to be fully confident that what they are bidding on is exactly what they will be receiving. All items included are either listed here in the section and/or are also included in the pics. If you do not see it in this section or in the pics then it will not be included. Anything listed in this section and in the pictures is what you will receive. Any items not received that were listed and/or pictured, Kensington Medical will be fully responsible for refunding or replacing the missing items.

ITEMS INCLUDED:

·         All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.    . Most items are shipped next day after payment is received.

·          Shipping charges are based on the size of equipment. Most international items are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx, however larger items might require freight shipping and palletizing may cause delays in shipment times.

       The unit comes with a Non-DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. In the event there is any issue, we at Kensington Medical, will be fully responsible for any cost of repairs and or replacement in order to get the unit in full operational condition. If cost of repairs/replacement exceed that of the sale amount, then we will issue a full refund once we have received the unit back in our possession. 

           Consumables are not guaranteed in any sale unless otherwise listed in the description section.

           In the event of any damage in shipping or items not is condition as described, we Kensington Medical will be fully responsible for any charges in either replacing or repairing the unit in question or issuing a full refund once we have received the items back.

        We at Kensington Medical, are fully responsible for all reimbursements of items sold with any issues not listed in the ad, and/or cost of repairs or equipment.

 All payments must be made within 2 days from the winning bid date Payments can be made by clicking on the Payment button. You then may choose to pay through PAYPAL or other accepted payment methods.

We also accept checks, cashiers checks, and wire transfers. All check payments (cashiers, certified, business) have to clear in our bank account prior to shipping any and all items.

           INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

      The customer is responsible for return shipping. All returned or exchanged items must be in same condition. Please inspect your purchase carefully.
