Built-In High-Quality Stereo Condenser Microphones
The DP-006 has two condenser microphones built into the front of the unit. Record vocals or acoustic guitar anytime without the need for extra equipment or set-up time. TASCAM held many evaluation tests to secure the best sounding microphones and structures. Modelled after the top-selling DR series microphones, you can be assured you're receiving top-quality.

Simple and Easy-to-Use Interface
The DP-006 is optimised for on-the-spot recording. No unnecessary features were included that might complicate the recording to ensure easy functionality. Designed with analogue functionality and dedicated control knobs this POCKETSTUDIO is the simplest to use songwriting scratchpad on the market.

Ultra Light Weight Design
The DP-006 features an ultra light-weight design to ensure portability. The unit weighs a mere 360g without AA batteries.

Chromatic Tuner and Metronome Included
The DP-006 includes a fully functioning chromatic tuner and a metronome.

Two Analogue Inputs for External Microphones and Electric/Acoustic Guitars
The DP-006 has two unbalanced mic/line 1/4 inch jacks. Jack input A will also accept a HI-Z input from a guitar or bass. Line out is available from an 1/8 inch jack socket, which also doubles up as a headphone out.

Record to SD/SDHC Card
The DP-006 records to widely available SD/SDHC cards, a 2GB card is included to get you started. In addition, it can also connect to PCs via USB2.0 for high-speed data transferring. All song ideas can be transferred via USB or SD card readers to and from the unit at any point in the recording process.

Quickly Fix/Re-record Tracks with the UNDO/REDO Function
The DP-006 supports file import/export in .wav format. This allows easy transfer of tracks and ideas captured on the move to your Mac or PC for more advanced editing. Tracks recorded on your DAW can also be transferred to the DP-006.

absolutemusic was set up over ten years ago by a group of passionate audio professionals who wanted to deliver better service and greater savings on music gear than could be found anywhere else.

Shipping

We deliver all items, except items worth less than £30, by insured courier. In most cases we can deliver items within a couple of working days. We will contact you should delivery be delayed. Exceptions may apply to non-mainland destinations, the very north of Scotland and non-UK destinations. Before sending goods, we will contact you via email to let you know when we will be shipping and provide you with tracking information. Most items are delivered on an overnight service ( 2-3 days for non-mainland UK and 3-5 days for mainland Europe ). If you are in the UK, but not on the mainland, a delivery surcharge may apply and the service may vary.
