Notes on Postage Costs
All items that we sell are packed to the highest standards. All items are fully insured and tracked in transit. We sent more than 1400 parcels in 2014 and 1700 parcels in 2015. We have delivered more than 1600 parcels during the first eight months of 2016. Not one item has been lost and only two items were damaged in transit during the last three years. In the event of loss or damage full refunds are given.
Royal Mail Parcelforce collect from us every day except Sunday and Bank holidays. We will email the tracking details of every parcel to every customer. The standard service is 48 Hour Signed and Tracked within the UK and International Signed and Tracked outside the UK. Upon special request we can use 24 hour tracked services within the UK when required for a premium.

** POSTAL SERVICES **
All items are dispatched in double strength new boxes and will be bubble wrapped and surrounded on all sides with polystyrene flow pack or moulded foam subject to size and insurance value. All boxes are marked 'Fragile'. Full refunds are given in the event of damage in transit. Tracking numbers are available on request for all items both domestic and international. For UK deliveries we use a private courier service on a 2-3 day signed for delivery (from date of dispatch). International Signed For Service is used otherwise. If purchasing multiple items please wait for our invoice before paying whilst we obtain delivery costs.
** DISPATCH TIMES **
We pack and dispatch three times per week. This is for both UK and International destined items. If you need an item a little more quickly then just let us know and we are happy to do this at no extra cost. From mid November up to Christmas we dispatch Monday to Friday inclusive.
** REFUNDS & RETURNS **
If your purchase does not meet your expectations we guarantee a FULL refund, including return postage costs payable upon the safe return of the item. As a business policy we do not offer partial refunds on any item, full refunds for the avoidance of any doubt.
** CONDITION REPORTS **
We pride ourselves in accurate descriptions, this is essential when working with international collectors in the long term. Antique glass and porcelain will have signs of wear and everyday use. This is to be expected and please take this into consideration. All faults no matter how minor, that will, or may affect the value of the item are fully described and close up pictures provided. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish about a specific item.
