Payment

We accept Paypal for immediate payment of this item. You can also pay by cheque, bank transfer or by debit/credit card. Please send a message to us once you have completed your purchase letting us know you are sending a cheque or Postal Order. Please quote your eBay Transaction ID and your Buyers ID or email. Please pay within 3 days.  If we haven't heard anything after seven days we will have to file a non-payer report with Ebay in order to recover our costs.

Shipping

Most model & hobby products are fragile, so we take extra care to ensure every item is safely packaged.

This item will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class Tracked Services or a similar courier.  Using door to door tracked services makes it certain the parcel arrives with you.  If the item is paid for by 9am it will usually be sent the same day, if not it will go the following day, excluding weekends and holidays.  Insurance is included in the shipping price.

Orders weighing over 2kg, or with items too large for normal Royal Mail delivery incur a surcharge to these postcodes: AB, BT, IM, IV, KW, PA & PH. The total P&P charge in these cases will be £14

  We personally only ship to customers who can have items delivered to a UK delivery address.  However we participate in the eBay Global Shipping Programme and if you are in an eligible country eBay will quote a price for delivery to you and handle the delivery outside of the UK.

Combined Shipping Discounts

We are happy to offer discounts if you buy more than one item. Simply finish buying all your items and 'request an invoice' from us using eBay. Please DO NOT pay for any of the items before asking for a P&P discount, once you've made payment the process for shipping your order is automatic and reversing funds and revising our accounts system is complex - we may be unable to offer any discount once we take the extra workload of this into account.

Warranty and Returns

This item comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.  If in the unlikely event you have any problems, return the item to the manufacturer or us and we will either have it repaired or offer a replacement. 

In addition to the warranty, we offer a 14-day cooling off period, during which the buyer can return the item for any reason for a refund.  The item must be totally unused and undamaged (including all packaging and accessories).  Simply post back to us using the address in the contact details section - you are responsible for only the postage costs in both directions.
