- Delivery via a Pallet Network will be delivered as a palletised kerbside/yard delivery only. For insurance purposes the couriers are not allowed to enter your building, so please ensure you have people and/or equipment available to move the machine into your building.
- A signature will be required upon receiving the goods, please check the goods before signing as no claim for damages can be accepted once the goods have been signed for without any damage noted. Please also note that signing the delivery note as goods not checked etc will also result in no claim for damages being accepted.
- The delivery company will call in advance to arrange a suitable day to deliver your goods, this is usually within 3-5 working days where possible. Also it is not possible for us to give you a exact date of delivery due to the nature of the goods being delivered being outside of the dimensions of a standard pallet and as such falling outside the guaranteed delivery timescales often cited for smaller goods.
