All items are printed to order, so please allow 3-5 business days to print and ship; an additional 2-3 business days for it to arrive via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or 1-2 business days for upgraded Royal Mail 24 Tracked for UK orders.

Please note: if you upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked we cannot process your order any quicker it will still take 3-5 business days to print.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us BEFORE sending it back. We will then send you the address of where to send the item.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Cancellations:
All orders are printed on demand, as they are ordered. After an order has been submitted, we do not offer cancellations.

Damaged Items:
If your item was damaged when you received it, please contact us by message immediately and send a picture. We will get you a return shipping label for you to return it and then ship another one out to you at no additional cost.

Return Shipping:
If we shipped you the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged, We will pay to have it shipped back to us and reship a new item to you at no cost. (Please send us a photo of the damaged or wrong item so that we can process this immediately). If you need to return an item for any other reason, you pay the return shipping. Any returns must be received within 21 days to receive a refund.
