This is a Paterson Film Clip Set. There are 2 clips in the set, one is weighted (black) to hold the bottom of the film straight to allow the water to drain from the film, the other (grey) is to clip the top of the film. These now have plastic spikes to grip the film.  This is posted without the large plastic packing so that the postage is cheaper as it will be a large letter.
