Fitting advice:
1) Remove shower head. This can usually be done by rotating shower head anti-clockwise.
2) Drain shower head of any excess water.
3) Fit nozzles sat at a table, with shower head placed on a towel. This is to mop up any excess moisture and to prevent the table getting scratched. Nozzles can be fitted without removing shower head, but it is just easier and quicker with it removed.
4) Existing nozzles can be removed with fingers just by pulling. There is no need to use pliers, or a screwdriver, as you just risk scracthing the shower head surface.
5) Squeeze the base of the nozzle between thumb and forefinger to make it narrower, and then push into the hole. As you release the base it unfolds into the hole securing it to the shower head. The first one might need a little practice, but once you've done two or three, you will be much quicker.
6) Before refitting the shower head, you might want to check the hoze filter (a rubber washer containing a metal gauze). This may either be blocked (reducing shower flow) or rusted away, so performing no filtration of dirt. You may want to consider replacing this at the same time. I sell these too.
