Nice old & odd 4 V. compensation doublehorn frenchhorn "Lidl Acustic 1a". Interesting doublehorn (?) with 4 rotary valves in very unusual configuration. The bell reads "Acustic 1a" The middle valve reads "Lidl Brno". serial no.: 27307. Made in Czechoslovakia. All valves are moveable, but I cant fix the middle valve, as the screw at the ring is not so good anymore. (see picture) . All slides do move. One of the slides need a soldery repair. There are some dents and bents at the bell and tubing , nothing too dramatic. The instrument needs a good cleaning. A friendly ebayer told me this: "Not a question, but some information for you.
This is what is called a compensator or half-double in F/Bb(it's slightly lighter than a full-double but does all the same stuff)." Thank you again!
