Who we are : Our company consists of several shops/offices in different cities in the Netherlands and Cambodia. We are a large professional dealer for decades. We always try to put more items for sale each week, but time is not on our side, unfortunately...... As we have very competitive prices we are more busy with shipping and handling than scanning and offering items on EBay. Many of our customers are also (semi)-dealers. As long as they buy from us we realize that we handle very competitive pricing.
Our goals : One of our main goals is to make you happy with the supplied stamps or coins. We will never use outrageous pricing. It is still a hobby, right ? In case of any problems or other questions, just contact us !
Some important notes about shipping & handling:
1. First of all we offer combined shipping for all items.
2. All shipments with a value from 40 US$ or more will be shipped with Registered Shipping with Track & Trace. Buyer is required to Check-Out for Shipping with Track & Trace in this caseor send us a message to resend an invoice with Track & Trace.
3. Buyers who have previously submitted a claim for a non-received shipment by normal mail are required to only use Track & Trace shipping. Buyer is required to Check-Out for Shipping with Track & Trace in this case or send us a message to resend a new invoice with Track & Trace.
4. When we send with Cambodia Post (6 months a year), 99% of our mail is 0-20 grams, however if you order several long sets or more than 5 items, the costs will apply for 20-50 grams. Depends offcourse on the quantity. The higher the quantity, the more protection-carton we have to use.(Increasing weight). That's why we use an additional 0.25$ per item which is allready included in the Itemprice. So when your ordering 20 or more sets, we are covered for heavier and/or more expensive mail and when it exceeds 40$ that forces us to send with Registered Shipping. Both safe for you and me. The other 6 months a year we send with European Mail ( Dutch & German).

F = Visible damages like tears, folds, missing perfs, tropical stains/spots or invisible major damages like tears, heavy toned gum, regummed, repairs.
For all items we advise to always check the "Item Condition-section".
We not prefer to sell stamps in quality F or less, unless the stamp is rare.
So we will always describe invisible problems or damages in this section.
