Ziggy Marley is a seven-time GRAMMY®-winner, Emmy-winner, humanitarian, singer, songwriter and producer. His early immersion in music came at age ten when he sat in on recording sessions with his father, Bob Marley. As front man to Ziggy Marley & The Melody Makers, the group has released ten live and studio albums, three of which became GRAMMY-winners with such chart-topping hits as "Look Who’s Dancing," "Tomorrow People," and "Tumbling Down." Then, in an effort to pursue his own creative endeavors, 2003 saw the launch of Ziggy's solo career with the release of Dragonfly (RCA Records). His second solo effort, Love Is My Religion (Tuff Gong Worldwide), won a GRAMMY in 2006 for Best Reggae Album, as did the subsequent release of Family Time (Tuff Gong Worldwide) in 2009 for Best Children's Album. 2011's Wild and Free was also nominated for Best Reggae Album, the same year in which Ziggy debuted his first-ever graphic novel, Marijuanaman.

Ziggy's youth-oriented pursuits have taken on a life of their own with a 2013 Emmy win for the song "I Love You Too" (as featured on Disney's 3rd & Bird), which has since been adapted into both a children’s book (Akashic Books, Tuff Gong Worldwide) and an interactive mobile app (Oceanhouse Media) of the same title. Following up his GRAMMY-winning album, Fly Rasta, Ziggy released his self-titled album in May of this year.  

Terms & Conditions:

Tickets cannot be resold, transferred or re-auctioned. Tickets sold, otherwise transferred or used in violation of this policy shall be deemed revoked and void, and their bearers deemed trespassers at event.

• All sales are final and there will be no refunds. Please bid carefully.
• Unless otherwise stated, the location of the tickets will not be released until the winner picks up tickets for entrance into the concert.
• The winner and their guest will be subject to a background check which must be successfully passed in order for the fulfillment of the experience to be executed.
• Valid for 2 people.
• Date and concert must be mutually agreed upon in the continental US in 2017.
• Winner must communicate selected date to Charities with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to selected concert date. The Recording Academy and GRAMMY Charities and artist management will coordinate scheduling and fulfillment with artist management and winner. Every effort will be made to accommodate winner’s choice.
• No Refund/Replacement for Unused or Lost Tickets. All sales are final.  There are no refunds or replacements for unused or lost tickets, and there will be no entrance to the event without a ticket.  All tickets must be used for the event and or experience specified on the date specified.
• The Recording Academy and GRAMMY Charities and artist management reserve the right to refuse fulfillment in their sole discretion, and may refuse, refund and/or cancel fulfillment at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all.
• The winning bidder must personally utilize the awarded tickets and attend the event or experience with his/her invited guest(s).
• Winner must be approved by charity and artist management before final payment will be accepted and the experience fulfilled.
• The winning bidder is solely responsible for accommodations, meals and transportation to and from the event/venue unless otherwise stated in the description.
• The Recording Academy, GRAMMY Charities and artist management will not be responsible for the winning bidder or his/her guest(s) inability to arrive as requested to the determined event/venue for fulfillment of this package.
• The Recording Academy, GRAMMY Charities and artist management shall not be liable to the winning bidder for any failure, delay, cancellation, interruption or changes to any provision of services, events or travel packages purchased which is occasioned by causes beyond our control including, but not restricted to fires, earthquakes, floods or other inclement weather, war, civil commotion or disturbances, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, accidents, epidemic, interruptions in or delays of transportation services, electrical or power failures or outages, failures or delays in obtaining delivery from donors or manufacturers, suspension or nonrenewal of the venue’s license for any reasons whatsoever, or any act ruling, regulation or law of any government bureau or agency or public authority. Delays so caused shall not release winners from their obligations to accept and pay for the items purchased.
• This package includes only the items/services/opportunities specified within the listing page description above. No additional items/services/opportunities are included.
• The winning bidder and his/her guest(s) will be held to a high standard of behavior. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior at any point in time during the experience will be cause for immediate removal from the event and may result in the winning bidder and his/her guest(s) being blocked from any further participation in GRAMMY Charity Online Auctions and/or being refused entry to future events.
• Tickets are “VIP” level seating, but the exact location and seating within that level is at the sole discretion of artist management.
• The winner and his/her guest(s) consent to the conduct of a criminal background check the results of which must be satisfactory to The Recording Academy, GRAMMY Charities and artist management, in their sole discretion, before tickets to any event will be released to the winner.

Q. Is there sales tax? A. Sales tax will not be charged for non-tangible items such as VIP Experiences. Sales tax will be collected for items shipped to residents of: CA (8.0%),  NY (7.0%) and TX (6.5%).

Q. What is the delivery process for tangible items? A. The buyer will pay a flat shipping cost as stated in the listing. International buyers are responsible for shipping cost plus any additional international shipping fees that apply including Customs, VAT (value added tax), duties, fees, tariffs, etc. which may be assessed and due upon delivery of item. The GRAMMY charities cannot pre-determine such fees and are not responsible for these additional costs.

Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, all items are shipped via Federal Express. Winning bidders must provide a physical address, phone number, and signature for delivery. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Q. What is the fulfillment process for VIP experiences? A. Matchfire will place the winning bidder in communication with a representative from the GRAMMY charities immediately upon receipt and confirmation of payment.

Q. Will my item come with a Letter of Authenticity? A. Yes, a Letter of Authenticity signed by a representative of the GRAMMY charities will be provided with all tangible items that have been autographed and/or hold collectible value.
