For the 8mm and 16mm film collector and user, this is a very easy to use cement splicer made by Minette.

Cement splicers are handy for repairing splices that have come apart or for editing new footage. Recommended types of cement differ with the base of the film being handled.

It is in excellent working condition. The splicer is in excellent cosmetic condition, original bag (good), original box (very good), and sharp blades. Instructions in excellent condition. Only a few minor marks on splicing plates. All springs work well.

Requires cement that is readily available from Cine dealers, a list can supplied if required. 

I no longer require this splicer as it is excess to requirements. It would be lovely to think it went to someone that will use it, or as a spare or put on display. Extremely low usage.
