Regular UK orders are sent via RoyalMail Tracked (2-4 business days). Next day orders are sent via RoyalMail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day, depending on parcel weight. European Union items are sent by RoyalMail International Signed-For or DPD Classic. Unfortunately we do not practice collections.

We offer 1 year warranty on all products. To request refund, replacement or return, please contact us via eBay messages and we will provide return instructions. We reserve the right to test the product before authorizing refund or replacement. The warranty is not valid in cases of improper use. Refunds can only be issued within 3 months of purchase.
