For Australian customers, using the add to cart feature will save you $1.50 on postage for each additional item added to your cart. You will also automatically receive a little 'thank you' discount on any order of 2 or more items. We also offer FREE POSTAGE on orders over $100 (after any discounting), so feel free to build a healthy order and avoid postage costs all together! For International customers, using the add to cart feature will see an impressive shipping saving of $15AUD for each additional item added. You are also welcome to contact us ahead of purchase if removal of CD jewel case (or DVD/Blu-ray case) is an option for you. If the final weight is reduced enough, it may be eligible for a cheaper shipping rate. We can confirm and modify listing ahead of purchase if so.

MAIL SPEED

Our cut off for same day shipping is 8am. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next applicable weekday. We have a mail collection daily at 1pm. This gives your purchase the best possible start on its journey to you. Please keep in mind mail speed is sometimes affected at present, whilst your purchase will likely be delivered within the eBay suggested ETA window, it may take longer as delays are not uncommon (locally and internationally). By continuing with the purchase you agree not to hold us liable for any delays and will not open any item not received disputes prior to a conversation with us for an update on how we perceive mail flow is at that given time.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

We offer several mail options. Our untracked 'letter' option is by far our most popular service (CDs and DVDs will be well packed in sturdy bubble mailers). This service is very reliable (perhaps sometimes slow) but certainly good value for its pricing.
PARCEL LOCKER CUSTOMERS *PLEASE NOTE* Untracked letter is technically not allowed for sending to Parcel Lockers (PO Boxes is fine). If you use a parcel locker and don’t select parcel as the shipping option, please be wary your purchase may be forwarded by Aus Post to the associated address you have on file with your Parcel Locker account.
Items over $35 will be shipped with tracking at no extra charge. If you wish to have the ability to track anything under $35, please choose any of the other options available as these all come with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of Australia)

All international mail is sent as tracked via DHL eCommerce. All tracking will be automatically uploaded once generated at our end. We have a weekly pickup for international mail (an unfortunate hangover from the way DHL eCommerce do business since 2020). There may be a short delay with your purchase moving depending on where your order sits within the pickup window. The tracking details initially provided to us are known as a Shipment ID and can be tracked via https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/home

EUROPEAN AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:

European orders have a consolidation point in Germany. Canadian orders have a consolidation point in New Zealand. There may be slight delays with your orders at these consolidation points. International customers considering purchasing DVDs from Australia, if you are unfamiliar with Region coding or if PAL/NTSC formatting will/won’t work for you, it is highly recommended to check your manual in advance or search online for your device's make and model to confirm its compatible playback options.

DISCOUNTING:

A near-perfect release with no obvious signs of use. Disc(s) may have been played but handled perfectly. No obvious marks, however on very rare occasions, manufacturing imperfections (typically restricted to DVD manufacture) that do not affect playback may be present. Guaranteed to play perfectly. Packaging will be near-perfect with no obvious wear, however some very slight marks from handling may be present.

EXC COND:

A wonderful release with some minor subtle signs of use. Disc(s) will be in excellent condition looking clean and well handled. Guaranteed to play perfectly. Jewel cases will be replaced where necessary. Cardboard packaging (digipaks, slipcovers etc) may show signs of light wear including indentations, light marks and/or scuffing. Cover inserts may have minor indentations and/or dimpling present. Promo items will be marked such in the title of the listing and have stamps, hole punch, slice or markings in barcode

VERY GOOD:

A great release, but with some slightly more obvious signs of use
