Plastic Hot Tubs - better choice for your comfortable rest !

This is designed for people who are not keen on spending an extra time on cleaning the standard wooden hot tub.

Plastic hot tub do not need to continuously be filled with water because they do not over-dry, as wooden hottubs do.  Water should be drained when the heater is completely cooled.

Our plastic tubs are made from certified polypropylene (PP). It is extremely durable, non-hazardous, hygienic, may be used in contact with foodstuffs and drinking water. PP with UV protection, resistant to atmospheric action.

The buyer can choose the payment:

• Bank Transfer;

• Paypal payment;

If the order by e-mail, invoices are due immediately without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment is considered made when we can dispose of the amount.

The customer has the right to offset only if its counterclaims have been legally established or recognized by us. The customer can exercise a right of retention if his counterclaim is based on the same contract. Related claims against us may not be assigned without our consent.

a) the delivery time can be 2 to 5 weeks of receipt of payment, depending on which country the goods are delivered.

b) Delivery dates are with timely notice of readiness as kept. Delivery with a date indicating the day of dispatch. Likewise, at the agreed delivery time in working days of the last working day is considered shipping day. Working days are weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Lithuania.

c) the goods are delivered to the address specified by buyer (payment address).

d) because the goods will be delivered by a transport company, the customer himself is responsible for unloading:

• on-site, a forklift is available;

• the goods can also unloaded with 4-6 strong men;

• The customer will unload the goods without delay;

• The customer should ensure that there is enough p lace for the arrival of a truck’s available.

Return

We allow 30 day returns of items (Internet orders only) in their original condition, with all packaging, and any tags still attached. Items in any other condition are not returnable and will not be credited. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (for delivery and return).

Returns past 30 days of items in their original condition,  with all packaging, and any tags still attached, are subject to exchange only, and the following restocking fees:

• 30-45 days – Exchange only, 30% restocking fee
• 45-90 days – Exchange only, 40% restocking fee
• 90-120 days – Exchange only, 50% restocking fee

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (for delivery and return).

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours. We will work with respective carrier for claim. In order to process claim, you must keep all original packaging and damaged items. We cannot process claims after 72 hours or without original packaging.

Law and Jurisdiction Applicable law of the Republic of Lithuania. The uniform application of the Hague Sales Convention and the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

The place of performance for delivery and payment is for both parties to our headquarters.

If the customer is a merchant according to the Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or public special assets or is domiciled abroad, our headquarters is the exclusive venue for all disputes arising from the contract, directly resulting disputes.

Secrecy The Parties undertake to take all them to be kept confidential in the performance of the contract by the other party becomes aware of or receive information and documents. The contracting parties to store and secure the items that were left in the contract, against misuse by third parties. This does not apply to information that was at the time of becoming aware of the relevant contractual partner already known or in the filling, in which the information was already publicly available.

We will store the data required for business transactions with the customer electronically. We are noted for any actions the Data Protection Act of the Republic of Lithuania.

Publications in which the other contracting party or the contract items are mentioned with reference to the other party, may take place only with the written consent of the other party.

Security and privacy Your security and privacy are our priority; it is not our policy to disclose your e-mail address or details to any third parties. All information gathered including any information given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information collected about you will be used firstly, to enable us to process your order, your enquiry, sample or literature request and secondly, to provide you with the best possible customer service.

We will not send you any e-mails or marketing materials unless you request us to do so. The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date, and will be held in accordance with the law. Final Provisions If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or in other agreements be or become invalid, which shall not affect the validity of any other provisions or agreements. Invalid provisions are to replace those that come in the economically intended regulation intent.
