Delivery information

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. Sales occurring over the weekend will be sent the following Monday. Delivery will be via Insured Courier, collection by your own courier or in person by prior arrangement. Shipping via Royal Mail is only available on certain items. A signature will still be required on delivery of the goods. Please check the delivery for any damage (rips, flattened corners), if ANY doubt please sign for the box as damaged. If this is not noted we cannot claim from our couriers.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return to base warranty unless otherwise stated, which means the buyer pays return postage. If goods are found to be faulty please notify us of the fault within the warranty period by completing our RMA form here [link removed by eBay] We keep records of all serial numbers, and apply warranty stickers to all goods. These stickers are designed to break if removed or tampered with.  To avoid any possible confusion we suggest you take a picture of the stickered item and forward it to us via email. We will respond to your issue within 2 hours during our business hours and you can expect to reach our highest level of service. 

Payment Terms

Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items. List Price is inclusive of UK VAT. A VAT invoice is provided for every sale.  VAT does not apply to bidders from inside the EU that can provide a valid VAT number and contact us prior to purchase to organise a VAT free invoice.
